The Body Workshop is a beautiful studio with wooden floors and is fitted with ballet barres and mirrors.

It’s the ideal environment for our sizzling bootybarre classes, our energizing Rebounding classes and for Pilates, Yoga and many forms of dance.

The Body Workshop also offers opportunities for studio rental.
